We have experience working on various fuel injection systems which include Bosch, Caterpillar, Cummins, Delphi, Continental-VDO, Asimco-BYC, Denso, L’Orange, Motorpal, MTU, Woodward, Yanmar, Zexel/ Diesel Kiki, among others.
Our facility inspects the injectors as part of the servicing and repair process, and then injectors are stripped after the initial recording of injector information and serial numbers. Chemical cleaning and inspection are performed on housings and components, whereas wearing parts such as nozzles, plungers, and barrels are replaced as usual. Nozzle springs frequently failing in service are replaced with a better-designed spring.
All other components are inspected for wear and replacement if needed. Critical dimensions like nozzle needle lift are verified and rebuilt to original specs.
After being reassembled with new seals, injectors are dynamically tested and calibrated to the manufacturer’s standards on an industry-standard Test bench at our DMC facility.

We repair and service Governors in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. Our usual procedure includes the following steps:
The governor is placed on the test bench and given an “as-received” test run to discover any problems and record operational performance.
Our professionals disassemble the governor, use an ultrasonic cleaner to clean the parts, and thoroughly inspect it.
Spare parts required for the overhaul are documented and quoted to our customer for information and approval.
The governor is re-coated in our dedicated coating station after being built with new parts and repair kits from our extensive inventory.
The reconditioned governor is placed on the test bench, adjusted according to the manufacturer’s specifications, and tested following the manufacturer’s testing process and checklist.
After testing, the governor is packaged in a carton box and ready for shipment.
Our European standard reconditioning technique is a new discovery that has resulted from years of rigorous research and development into the reasons for component failure in two and four-stroke engines.

Parts on exchange
Apart from our extensive stock of new parts, we also offer multi-component parts on an exchange basis, in accordance with our favorable exchange conditions.
The multi-component parts in our exchange stock undergo a complete overhaul at an OEM workshop according to the engine manufacturer’s standards. Each part is wholly dismantled carefully inspected and replaced per the required standards. We offer parts that are fully interchangeable with the original parts. When the manufacturer introduces modifications, we supply parts accordingly.
